cm2 Platform

1Member Eligibility

To register and use the cm2 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration. cm2 enforces a zero-tolerance policy against underage users and will terminate the account of any member found to be in breach of this age requirement.
• You must be an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction of your residence.
• You may not register or play if the use of online entertainment platforms is prohibited or restricted in your country or region.
• You are only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are not permitted to register on behalf of another person or use another person's personal information.

2Registration & Account Management

The cm2 registration process is designed to ensure the security and integrity of the platform for all members. The following terms apply to your account:

2.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in immediate account termination. cm2 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

2.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. cm2 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your password has been compromised, change it immediately and contact our support team.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, all members are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This requires you to submit a copy of a valid identity document. Once KYC is successfully completed, your withdrawal limit will be increased and withdrawals will be processed more quickly.

3Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Cm2 provides a variety of safe and convenient payment methods for members across Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through encryption-protected channels.

3.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction, depending on the selected payment method.
• Cm2 accepts deposits via online bank transfer, e-wallets, and supported local payment methods.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account within minutes. If there is a delay exceeding 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.
• Cm2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal

• Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time after fulfilling all applicable wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days upon completion of account verification.
• Cm2 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account registered under the member's name.
• Cm2 does not accept withdrawal requests to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4Bonus & Promotions

Cm2 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions to our members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering (rollover) requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. These requirements will be clearly stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering for the first time. One account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method are considered one bonus eligibility.
• Cm2 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated wins if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and hold no cash value unless otherwise stated.
• Cm2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

5Game Rules

All games available on the cm2 platform — including slots, live casino, fish shooting games, and bingo — are operated in accordance with industry-standard rules. The following general terms apply to all games:

5.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent auditing body. Results that have been recorded and verified by the system are final and may not be disputed unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.

5.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption, internet disconnection, or system failure during gameplay, cm2 will use server records to determine the state of the game at the time of the incident. Any compensation will be awarded based on these records, and cm2's decision in such matters is final.

5.3 Wagering Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are subject to change from time to time and will be clearly displayed within the respective game interface. cm2 also reserves the right to set personal betting limits for specific members at its sole discretion.

6Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and safeguard all members, the following are strictly prohibited on the cm2 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for unfair gain. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Committing fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorized credit cards or payment methods.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer games.
• Uploading, sending, or distributing any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive content to other users through our communication platforms.
• Attempting to access or modify the source code, infrastructure, or database of the cm2 platform.

7Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, cm2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes, whether due to bad luck or your own wagering decisions.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in the content displayed on the platform.

Cm2's total liability to you, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8Account Suspension & Termination

Cm2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms contained in this document.
• Activity that is suspicious or shows signs of fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Death of the account holder — in such cases, assets in the account will be managed in accordance with established procedures.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Cm2 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all our members. All data collected is used solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the cm2 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. We recommend that you read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand your rights.

• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Cm2 may share data with service providers necessary for platform operations, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time.

10Terms Amendment & Governing Law

Cm2 reserves the right to modify, add to, or update any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will:

• Notified to members via registered email and/or in-platform notifications at least 7 days before taking effect, except for changes required by law or security that may take effect immediately.
• Displayed on this page with an updated revision date.
• Deemed accepted by you if you continue using the platform after the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to an agreed dispute resolution mechanism.
